Preparations for Christmas started towards the end of November 2025. The boys started pulling out the old decorations from storage and started designing and making new decorations. They would do this work every evening after school.
It was great to watch the boys gradually putting together stars, the crib and other decorations as the days went by.
Come December, we started getting different groups coming in to give the boys a treat, or some gifts and hampers. The boys were only too happy to have the extra fun, games, treats and gifts almost every day.
Before the Holidays could start, the boys had a small Christmas party at MBBS where they were divided into groups and each group had to put up a modern version of the Nativity Story. Without a doubt, the boys were very creative in the endeavours. Everyone enjoyed watching and participating in the events and activities enthusiastically.
During this time, the old boys of MBBS came in one day with lunch for all the boys. It was a joyous time for everyone.
As the Christmas holidays started, many of the boys went home. Those who were at MBBS went out to see Christmas Cribs at various churches. Thet were even taken to the stars lined up on both sides of the road in Parra.
Yet another treat awaited the boys as two ladies, Mrs. Marietta Noronha and Mrs. Jacqueline Noronha, came in and gave the boys a master class in making traditional Christmas sweets.
The boys enjoyed all the fun, frolic and festivities during the Christmas season.
